W okresie od maja 2014r. do grudnia 2015r. ENERGOPROJEKT – WARSZAWA SA świadczył usługi doradcze oraz przygotował dokumentację przetargową (m. in. SIWZ, wzór Kontraktu, Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy) na wyłonienie Generalnego Wykonawcy dla zadania polegającego na „Dostosowaniu i przełączeniu istniejących układów wyprowadzenia mocy w EC Żerań do nowej rozdzielni 110 kV planowanej do wybudowania przez PSE SA, w ramach umowy o przyłączenie nowego bloku gazowo-parowego (BGP) do sieci przesyłowej”.
