Sustainable Development of the Company Print

The Energoprojekt-Warszawa SA Sustainable Development Strategy has been formulated on the basis of the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, and in particular Article 83 – “Everyone shall observe the law of the Republic of Poland”, and of the local business strategy and dialogue with the stakeholders. It is rooted in five key areas:

  • Labor standards;
  • Ethics;
  • Environment;
  • Occupational health and safety;
  • Products and services;
and ensures observance of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, international conventions, state and local regulations applicable to the relevant areas of activity, and in particular:
  • the Constitution of the Republic of Poland dated April 2, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 16 July 1997);
  • the Universal Declaration of Human Rights proclaimed by the UN;
  • Conventions adopted by the International Labour Organization;
  • Guidelines adopted by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD);
  • Rules of Conduct adopted by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Within each of the areas mentioned above goals are set and the achievement level is reported on an annual basis.
