In the early 1990s, "ENERGOPROJEKT - WARSZAWA" S.A. expanded its operations to include general investment procurement services for the development of turn-key investment projects, involving a full range of services, from contract negotiations, preparation and financial control of concluded contracts, development of tender inquiries for sub-suppliers and sub-contractors, co-ordination of design works and deliveries, as well as services for the acceptance and start-up of completed facilites.
